Friendly staff service.

We faced numerous issues during our stay. Upon checking in, the phone in our room didn't work, making it impossible to report the problem to the front desk. When we finally got down to reception, we were offered a room change, but after already unpacking, it was incredibly frustrating to move. The new room had a noisy air conditioner, and the queen beds were so uncomfortable that I couldn't get a good night's sleep.

Attentive staff made our stay enjoyable. The outdoor pool was great. The breakfast options could be better. Noise from the freeway disturbed our sleep. Bike rentals available nearby for easy commuting.

The location is fantastic, right near Knotts Berry Farm. Our family enjoyed the hot breakfast, especially the delicious waffles on the weekends. The kids loved the pool area after long days at the parks.

Cozy stay with room for improvement

The maids gave us space which was nice, totally made me feel relaxed. Oh, and the parking felt secure with security patrols, loved that. The breakfast was tasty, especially the tiny waffles! But yikes, I found hair on the towel and floor, kinda gross.

Stayed in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The room was okay, but I really didn't like the A/C situation. it couldn't go below 75 degrees even when it was set lower. That made the room feel uncomfortably warm. Also, there were no proper sinks, just those stainless bar-type ones, which felt a bit outdated. Overall, it lacked some of the usual Marriott comforts I was expecting.

Couples looking for a quiet getaway

The room we got was beautifully decorated and the housekeeping was punctual and polite, giving us all the space we needed. One night, we even stumbled upon a local food truck festival nearby that surprised us in the best way possible.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but it was still an acceptable price for what you get.
